Screw cap. Light lemon colour. The wine starts off with lemon, citrus, Granny Smith Apple, a green/vegetal aspect, chalk, and smoky notes, with great tension, great acidity, and superb length. It benefits from aeration, loses the green/vegetal aspect, and shows a slightly riper fruit profile of citrus, apple and peach on day two, with chalky and flinty minerality, great acidity, and great persistence. By day four it is broader, but still drinks well, with a smoky and flinty finish. A great Riesling! Not fully open yet, but already accessible.
