  Day 1 started off with cranberry, cherry orange peel, and hints of forest floor
  Day 2 saw less cherry and more forest floor
  Day 3 was all strawberries and forest floor

  Popped and poured. Lovely red cherry, orange peel, tea and herbs come through. Medium bodied with lots of concentration and acidity. Still a little coiled and reserved although you can feel the potential of this wine quite clearly. I would wait a few more years at least.

  PnP. Complex nose of cherry, orange peel, tea leaf, cranberry, incense, and rose petals. Tart red fruit with orange marmalade, ginger, dried apricot, mineral, tangerine peel, and coriander. Soft, subtle finish of sandalwood, soft tannins, dried floral notes, and high-pitched red fruit that lingers long. This is an interesting and serious Pinot that invites meditation and reflection more than delectable drinking. Hard to score given our prediction towards the latter.

  Very elegant and relaxed, very pure and juicy fruit, a quite light Pinot, crunchy, vibrating, precise - and very young.
