Pop and pour at 60 degrees. Mo sends me one of these per vintage with my club membership and they are fun wines that to me taste like flat Champagne. Lovely saline minerality and pulpy citrus finish. Nice start to a sunny Seattle summer evening.
White wine made out of Pinot Noir. Not a Champagne. Almost lighter than a Chardonnay, yet with enough earthiness added to the acidity to make a good food companion. Gets lighter on the finish, interestingly; will it bulk up with a bit of time?
