  In der Nase Zitrone und Zitronenschale, dazu hell-steinig, fast kalkig. Außerdem Aloe Vera, etwas Apfel und zumindest zu Beginn auch helle Kräuter und immer wieder mit Champignons.
  
  Am Gaumen startet das recht fest, vor allem mit einem sehr festen mineralischen Griff und einer sehr ausgeprägten Würzigkeit. Mit der Zeit wird es allerdings fast limonadig-zitronig, sehr cremig und es gibt auch deutlich Karamell.
  
  Auch im Abgang etwas limonadig-karamellig und dadurch mit der Zeit etwas unfokussiert. Trotzdem mit recht würzig-langem Finish.
  
  Startet also insgesamt sehr stark und hält dann leider nicht ganz die Substanz. Damit auf durchaus einem gewissen Niveau etwas schade, trotzdem ist das natürlich ein würdiges GG, insbesondere in dem Jahrgang.

  Soft golden colored. Nice fresh apple and lemon notes in the nose. Lemon, green apple and quince. Some nice mineral notes too. Medium bodied with a fresh medium acidity. Nice complexity and a good depth. Juicy medium long finish.
  In the moment this is pretty young - a bit too young in my opinion. It feels very fresh but a little impetuous. Better wait another 2-3 years before popping the cork. (IG)
