  At this point way too young in my opinion. Should be cellared for at leat 20 years, and could last forever.
  Vin Jaune, in my opinion, should not be drank until having reached at least 15 years of age.
  Nutty, flor on the nose.
  Oxidation, really promising. High quality, and should age marvellously.
  Future points should reach 94.

  Vinet har legat 8 år under flor innan det buteljeras istället för 6 år som är det vanligaste.
  Lätt i kroppen och elegant som en fjäril. Laserskarp syra. Oerhört skir känsla. Packad med energi. Mer citrus, stenig mineralitet och sälta än den vanliga nötigheten man brukar mötas av i ett gult vin, även om nötigheten också finns där. Tight och mycket spännande att se vad som kommer med ålder.
