Consistent notes - these are really good wines. This bottling at the higher end. More nuance and complexity. Still a baby. Loving Oregon whites right now. They are very US but trend more towards old world at a fraction of the price....

This was drinking quite well, honestly this note is a bit late so don’t have specifics. Quite refreshing and balanced. I remember thoroughly enjoying it

I am generally a fan of high acid, low oak American Chard, but this came across as thin and lacking a real finish to me and two others - didn’t rate on the odds that this was just an off bottle

So I love the debate about this wine being "burgundian" which it isnt really. This is a very good American Chardonnay coming from the region in America making the best Chardonnay - Oregon. Yes, it may be closer to Burgundy than big, buttery, oaky Cali Chard buts it not Burgundy which is in no way a criticism. This wine is delicious - it has great acidity, clarity, energy and verve. Minerals, lemon, lees, moderate spice and a great texture. Its well made and thoroughly enjoyable. Further, its 1/4th the cost of a great village Burgundy. There is a ton to like about this wine and kudos to the terrior in Oregon that produces it.
