Tasted first Beaune at Drouhin ( highly recommended tasting if you find yourself in Beaune). Now pulled first cork stateside. Light medium ruby - almost Tavel rose in color. Intoxicating aromas of fresh roses and mint and pomegranate and an intriguing and consistent umami’sh caramel/soy thing. Freshly tart with powdery tannins that I anticipate will be silky soon enough. Bravo!

Domaine tasting- Rose petal and vanilla on the nose. Sweet on the palate. A bit modern but enjoyable.
