Dinner at Wilf's. Truly remarkable. Color was a pure dark golden brown, almost like melted brown sugar with a slight hint of burnt red to it. The nose was beautiful. Sweet caramel, almost sauterne like. The palate was Burgundian, silky smooth and delicate. This doesn't have much more time but was anazing to experience. Provenance was pure perfection.
