AP#3. Pale lemon yellow; aromatic with a substantial savory component, mint, leafy, mineralogy; palate is medium bodied, low alcohol (9%), off dry, balanced medium-plus acidity, classic Merkelbach sassafras and savory complexity; finish is medium length. Lovely wine. 91
