Definitely benefitted from a few years of bottle age. Richer than I usually associate with Anderson Valley chards, and better for it. More interesting than a bottle two years ago.

I like this and will likely grab another. Its location near Mendicino & the Pacific keeps it a little more taunt & racy than most CA Chards. Nice value here for $28. Played well with cast iron pan-seared trout tonight. Color was an odd deeper gold for a 2017 but wine was completely fresh. 13.4 Alc.

Darker, golden color, with substantial butterscotch overtones yet plenty of tart limeade to balance and a crisp, mineral finish. Very good but not quite great. Paid $30
