  Lightish yellow.
  Apples and pears, wax, honey, touch of smoke, good acidity. Good finish.
  Drinks well now, but can go for several more years (screw cap).

  Unusually stone fruit forward nose - almost Riesling like. Light and reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc on the tongue.

  Has a distinctive honeyed, waxy nose that leans towards Riesling. Nice balance of fruit and acidity. Drinking well now but has acidity to last a while, will be interesting to see how it develops.

  Green peppers, wild vegetables, a little wax and a nice creamy finish. Good acidity make this a versatile food match.
