Singapore Airlines Business Class (Singapore Airlines): 'classic' Australian lime and lime cordial, little kerosene underpin on the nose. Medium plus intensity acidity, lime and lemon with a touch of peel in support, softens a little on the finish. Hmm

WSET Level 3 Still Wines; 9/2/2021-1/20/2022: Blind tasting exam wine! This was clearly identifiable as a dry riesling with medium (11%) alcohol. Clean and refreshing, though rather simple: it was difficult to come up with enough flavor descriptors to capture all possible exam points. I wouldn't go out of my way to track this wine down, but I certainly wouldn't mind having some on hand for casual sipping in the warmer months.

A strong vintage of this Riesling, forget the wine tasting note jargon, there is one word that sums it up perfectly: Refreshing!

Better than the pewsey vale. High acid. Mineral > fruit. Extremely light bodied, ethereal.
