Enjoyed a small glass with salted popcorn, and they went well together. Noted the same tasting notes as others, with a sweetness certainly present, but with salty sherry flavours definitely present too. Having not enjoyed many Aussie tawnies, I can’t say whether this is a flavour commonly found in this wine type, but I found this dessert wine interesting and enjoyable.

Notes of coffee and nuts and some spices, but a little hot and too sickly sweet for us. Just seemed out of balance. Didn't seem to match up to the press acclamations. Enjoyable, just not great.

Burnt orange peel, raisins, walnuts and coffee. Went very well with a selection of cheeses (Wensleydale with cranberries, Snowdonia cheddar, Brie and Stinking Bishop). Very nice.
