A little age has revealed some real complexity and the true character of pure Chardonnay without any oak interference. Remarkably buttery smooth but still has a citrusy bite to keep it fresh. Wonderful.

4th Saturday Group (R&S's): Double blind. Notes of citrus and apple. Full-bodied with flavors of pear and apple, again with heightened acidity. Nice. Thought this might have been an entry-level Chablis.

Fresh stone fruit, apple and pear with moderate acidity. Modest minerality and pith on the finish. Clean and straightforward.

A really nice Chardonnay, loaded with fruit but with a minerally edge.
