Drank with Thai food from a Detroit restaurant. First thought: is this a cider? Second thought: Wow, this is dryyyyyy. Definitely get the lime and orange peel notes from others’ reviews. Some Granny Smith apple as it warms up. A little yeasty in the way of naturel Champagne. Overall a fun wine. (BTW, not the best pairing for Thai, but still fun). A 90 for challenging my palate in a good way.

Ok, actually this is the correct wine. A bit natty in its 00-ness. Crunchy and funky on the palate. Something living in there. A bit of bubbly fish going on.

Totally in line with ALYKHAN VELSHI's review below. ''Wet stone minerality, funk, wildness, lime juice, lime rind, and orange rind. As the wine warmed up to room temperature, there were added apricot and stone fruit aromas.''. Nice hazy white hue color, dry, yeasty brett notes too. Very interesting, complex, well balanced!
