  Found this one on the wine list of the Michelin Star restaurant Trüffelschwein at my hometown, very feminin appearance, not this precise energy like the Halenberg from E-S, delicate, silky like a Dellchen from Dönni, but overall lacking the power of a GG, very good pairing with the food, always think that Riesling works with all kinds of food, no need to choose a red, velvety texture, long and in a great place right now, ***(+)
  by the way: not a great showing of this menu, lacking precision, very fanciful pairings, for me too artifical.
