Certainly not sweet, but running the risk of being entirely too dilute. No real tannin, medium acidity. Bone dry, not flabby, just needs a bit more flavour. May have been better in youth. I was less impressed than last year, must confess.

A near-unique mix of merlot, chardonnay and shiraz in the ratio 70/25/5. A mix of floral and plum characters. Aims for the provencale style. Medium acid, good balance, a bit of furry grape-skin astringency. Dry, light-bodied, short/medium length finish. Actually pretty good.
