Solid ‘New World’ wine. With makeup from 2 different clones & 4 blocks of Malbec, it is un-fined & unfiltered (tiny sediment) & was aged in old wood.
Rich purple in the glass, the nose evolves over a few hours, eventually becoming medium intensity. Expect: blackberry, red plum, strong espresso & wafts of dried prunes?
The palate was dry, full bodied, very textured (thank your French oak?) complex acidity, but a little thin. Short finish.
If you have one in the cellar, leave it for a few years. This can only get better. Goes very well with grilled lamb.

Showing well. Deep color remains with bold structure and juicy black fruits. Well made distinctive Malbec

Drinking well this has developed complexity and is showing not only ripe fruits but also nice development of flavors.
