  Sadly we tasted it too hot
  Nice but too hot
  Nose : clean and intense peppery and dark red fruit.
  Mouth : long intense hint of jamming but beautiful body long, deserves a very long aging. We found the peppers and blackberry note
  Acidity high body medium.
  Final ; nice and elegant but please don’t drink it now it need 15 y of aging
