  pale lemon colour (bit platinum); very good. nose: a lot of herbs - geranium, sage; lemon, grapefruit zest; fresh and dry. taste: high acidity; fruity - grapefruit, lemons, lime; green, crisp apples; a touch of saltiness and limestone minerality; long finish with apple-salty aftertaste. Excellent to baked bream with lemons.

  Pale, limpid and almost colorless whitish-green color. Very straightforward nose with aromas of fresh apples and crunchy white fruits, some steely minerality, a little bit of green herbal notes of grass and parsley and a hint of star fruit. The wine is lively and medium-bodied on the palate with bright, dry flavors of ripe white fruits, some steely minerality, a little bit of tart green apples, light leesy tones and a hint of sappy herbal tones. The moderately high acidity lends good freshness and sense of structure to the wine. The finish is quite long, fresh and mineral with flavors of tart green apples, some ripe white fruits, a little bit of tangy salinity and a hint of stony minerality.
  
  A nice, fresh and balanced Ribolla Gialla. Perhaps a bit anonymous in style, the wine offers relatively little depth and complexity, but at least the wine comes across nicely refreshing and harmonious. Most likely a good little entry-level white that most likely isn't going to develop much from here. Perhaps best drunk now or quite soon. Pleasant stuff.
