Light yellow in color. smells of freshly peeled grapefruit. In the mouth a lovely showing; great freshness, tangerine, lime, seashell, and pebbles if you were to lick them. Depends a bit on what you are looking for, if richness seek the Chablis grand crus or jump to the Côte d’Or. but if stones, shells, and underripe pit fruit with some citrus peel, this is your cuvee.

Really lovely, drinking well now with a quick decant. Waves of sea air, oysters, and chalky-energy. A little hollow in the middle, it's not a blockbuster and Hints of oak in the background. Bright and Lively. A real good match with homemade butter chicken. Great value, all things considered.

Pale lemon colour. Medium (-) nose with honeysuckle, green apples, lemon and wet stone. Medium taste of green apples, lemon, white peach and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Chablis with a floral touch. Well balanced and beautiful made. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well with fish or shellfish.
