  • Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light lemon colour, with watery rims and legs.
    Nose: Clean, with medium (-) intensity aromas of green fruit of apple and greengage, floral notes of lilac, stone fruit of peach, citrus fruit of lemon, mineral notes of saline and stony. The wine is youthful.
    Palate: Dry with medium acidity, the wine has medium (-) alcohol, with medium (+) body with frizzy mouthfeel and medium intensity flavours of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of pear and greengage, floral notes of lilac, mineral notes of stony and saline. The wine has a medium finish.
    Conclusion: Good quality Swiss Chasselas with a fairly light nose showing decent complexity, with good floral, citrus and green fruit nose, a strong element of saline and stony. On the palate the wine is refreshing, slightly heavy on body but with frizzy mouthfeel, having decent concentration and finish. It is ready to drink now and not meant for further ageing.

  • Very light yellow. Nose is lovely with white flowers and a citrus touch. Entry is clean, lightly sweet with a lot of energy. Lightweight, not long with a bit of alcohol bleeding through the finish.
