Fun wine and highly quaffable once the initial burst of sweet anise-inflected Rhone fruit mellowed itself. Strange thing is that the color was only a shade or two denser than a rose but the wine itself was much fuller and denser than the Lirac, which was more my speed - at least at first. But as noted it did mellow out into more of the profile I expect from Anglore, pale bricked winy flavors on a slim, streamlined body.

Delicious and delicate, very pale, less fruity than I expected and very herbal with anise a sort of bitter celery seed note on the finish.
