  Lightly chilled, opened for an hour and then served with a steak. Light blue fruits with some spice on the nose. Soft and round on the palate, fairly shut down right now but some violets and meat lurking under the surface. Maybe in a quiet phase, not bad but not sure it has all the stuffing of a good Syrah.
