  Nez évolutif sur deux heures.
  Acidité bien présente. Certaine lourdeur quand même au niveau du corps.
  Manque d'harmonie.
  Ouvert trop jeune?
  2e bouteille à ouvrir dans 2-3 ans.
  Pour le moment ne vaut pas ce prix (51$ CAN)..

  Una curiosidad elaborada por Terras Gauda y basada en la uva Caiño blanco junto con la omnipresente albariño y la loureiro en la zona de El Rosal, que tiempo atrás estaba comprendido dentro de Ribeiro hasta que se decidió dejar a esta denominación sin linderos a la costa y de ahí la costumbre que persiste en la zona de mezclar uvas blancas. El resultado es un vino demasiado dulzón, con mucha fruta blanca (pera y mazana) bañada en almibar a la nariz. En boca triunfa la densidad sobre la necesaria acidez cítrica lo que favorece la sabrosidad pero penaliza, aun con este nombre, que acompañe viandas de la mar en una mesa.
