  This is a very pleasant, refreshing pinot bianco.
  
  Citrus, wildflowers and (surprisingly to me), as Stet says, chicory on the nose.
  The palate is medium(-) acidity, fresh but mouthfilling, flowers, herbs, and a touch of rich citrus with a slightly bitter edge (in a good way), leading to a moderate finish which is very more-ish.
  
  We're drinking it as an aperitif, but I can see this going very nicely with sashimi, or simple fish grilled/baked fish dishes in a western style.
  
  Definitely a repeat buy at the ~US$17.5 that I paid.

  Color: straw with golden reflexes
  Nose: grapefruit zest, orange zest, wildflowers, peach, bit of wax and nutmeg, chicory. A green undertone
  Palate: medium-high acidity, medium body, light sip with a hint of bitterness. Very nice and tickling citrus, again on the orange and grapefruit side, and white flowers
  Finish: medium
  
  Friuli pinot blanc, sharp and green. Intense flowers on the mouth. A treat with raw fish

  Fresh showing with apple-acidity and a bitter touch at the end of the middle part. Nice wine, but missing some complexity and Tre Bicchieri is a bit over the top as a reward for this wine.
