  • 65% Mauzac, 35% Loin de l’Oeil. Medium yellow colour. In the nose, this is highly perfumed with apple blossoms, dried apple and pear chips, white flowers, fennel seeds and dill blossom. Super unique and interesting. In the mouth, this has quite a lot of muscle and substance despite only 12% Vol. alcohol, it’s bone dry, slightly tart and quite acidic for the vintage. The dried apple notes are dominating the finish. Lovely, interesting wine, a revelation in this price class.
