Open and aromatic nose, completely classical aromatics; since 2021 the palate has lost some of its babyfat, and is now showing a more minerally and precise character; very good persistence.

Peachy fruit, very smooth but also got weight, first time viognier and this could be the fullest body wine I’ve tried, even compared to white burgundies. Slightly more residual sugar I would guess although still overall dry

Wow, spectacular. Peaked on Day 1, but still drinking very well on Day 4 open with a long car ride and being in and out of refrigeration in-between. Yum!

As Viognier goes, this is some of the best I've tasted. Not a go-to varietal for me with most meals, but the peachy notes and low acid pair perfectly with a creamy fish soup. My wife, who generally prefers Muscadet, likes this equally well.

Pop and pour. Wow. This is in a fantastic place now. On the nose: amazing floral notes. Pure sweet honeysuckle, lime, amd then lovely stony notes; just enveloping aromatics. On the palate: soft tangerine, loads of slate, white pepper, maybe slightly thin, but good acidity and a spicy finish. In a fantastic place now. Yum.
