A bit better than the (quick, trade) tasting I had 3 months ago. I decided to splash decant this, and it seemed to work as I now look back at my previous note and it seems a bit harsh. There's actually a lot to admire here, and yes, I'd still put it in the drink early/don't cellar category. Some citrus, strawberry, cherry, soil, and fresh tobacco. Med/Med+ body, chewy, ripe tannins. Quite good with food. Organic, with 5% each of Canaiolo, and Merlot, on the skins for ~ 15 days. Traditional, a great value, and pure. 14,0% abv., DIAM5. recommended+
Round, juicy, good; clearly for the short-term. A touch of bitter on the med. finish. I'd drink it, even if I won't be looking for it. Good+ purity, focus. recommended+

Well rounded, simple and wholesome Classico with fresh cherries, soft tannins and a slightly herby medium body.
