  Had this a few years ago and thought it was too sweet for my taste. Used it to mix with a bottle of overly tannic wine that was hard to drink. Current bottle - medium weight but on the lighter side. Not quite as sweet, but then not very exciting either. Seems a bit past its prime but better than when young when the sweetness was more than I could handle for a semi-dry wine. For those who don't like very dry wines, this wouldn't be too bad, but the sweetness tends to overwhelm the fruit.
