  Vin nature qui demande de l'aération pour se révéler et faire disparaitre les pendants désagréables des vins natures (volatilité, acidité acéré, nez pas net, etc,) après une aération prolongée dans le verre, le fruit apparait, le vin gagne en corps, les pièces du puzzle se mettent en place pour offrir une profondeur certaine.

  Wine sampled at Oinoscent, bottle brought by importer.
  The wine shows hazy red colour.
  The wine shows medium intensity, ripe red fruit, cherry, strawberry, a bit savoury, shows depth of fruit.
  The wine shows vibrant (high) acidity, fresh cherry and currant fruit. There is a bitter element here, lacks the fruit intensity of the nose, a bit aggressive in the palate, short finish.
  There is the sourness/bitterness that you find in olives throughout the palate.
