Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Blend of Monastrell and Marselan. Lots of wood on the nose, like smelling a newly sawn board. Behind there are ripe plums and jam of black berries. Overwhelming and intense in the mouth, without balance or an acidity that reduces the whole. All power and no elegance at all. Winery keeps selling what a Mediterranean wine should be like and I think that’s a mistake.
