  Cream Caramel, Spice, Apple, Stewed Peaches
  T: Med/+ acid, med- tannin[wood], med+ body, med fruit int

  Bitterness, touch of grainy/popcorn light apple
  
  Day 2: More Open, Mineral, Peachy
  
  Conc: Finished a little hot, No soul, does have a feel of well madeness, oak over powering on day 1. Day 2 a little better but not mind blowing

  Quite dry and a lot of acidity. Citrus and sour pineapple in the bouquet as well as the taste. The wood is there, but on the background. Definitely a pure glass of wine.
