Bright and crisp - mouth watering acidity. 65% Semillion, 35% Sauvignon Blanc - opposite proportions than most producers. Crunchy (?) textures, gravelly. The Semillion at play, I believe. Wine maker boasts it is the perfect pairing with oysters "as milk is to cookies". Love that analogy. Haven't tried it yet, though. Very pretty and drinkable wine for a fair price.

Bordeaux blanc comprised of mostly Semillion, backed by Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is superbly textured, with grassy, green notes and loads of gigantic grapefruits raining down. From the Entre deux Mers (sp?) "Between two seas" - the point of land between the two rivers merging into one. In a showdown with champagne for perfect oyster pairing, this apparently wins every time. Ridiculous value.

Nearly clear in the glass with a hint of yellow, griping acidity over powers this wine, bone dry, lemon and grapefruit, hint of 'green.

Not as balanced as the 2012 that I remember. Grapefruit and tangerine and acidity. Went well with Chicken Tikka Masala I made.
