Piedmont II - better and learnings; 11/23/2019-11/29/2019 (Barolo, Alba, others): Off the by the glass list. A nice bit of sweet to the end of the meal and was hoping the bubbles would also work well as a touch of digestif. Despite having drink a glass of this basically every day of our trip I struggled to truly differentiate across the different producers. This one seemed fine. Maybe a bit heavier in style than some others? I found myself most preferring the very light and just the hint of sweet style the most, but all were good and esp so compared to many of the versions found in the US. Appreciate the freshness of it.

Thanksgiving week in Piemonte; 11/22/2019-11/30/2019 (Milan, Barolo, Alba, Barbaresco): Last of the post meal Moscatos - a lovely tradition when eating at the pace we have kept up this week. Sorry to say they did really have much contrast but we didn't have a bad one in the bunch.
