  Full bodied, well integrated. Oak vanilla, chocolate.Typical tempranillo from Riberra Los Capellanes.

  We opened this beautiful Ribera with steak and at the start of it's "drinking window". It's immediately sings fro the glass with medium+ aroma of blue berries, elegant vanilla, tobacco leaf, skin and light earth minerality. After some aeration aroma reveals eastern fragrances and jam. On the palate wine very balanced and 15% of alc. just can't seen. Good and very integrated acidity, complexity and long aftertaste.

  Another young wine this week (formerly Pintia 2015). From Pago de los Capellanes in Ribera del Duero and their wine El Nogal 2015. 100% Tempranillo as it should be, 22 months in French oak barrels.
  It took 5-6 hours before the acid harmonized with the fruit, then you begin to understand the greatness of this wine. Dark red color, but a lovely combo between red and blue berries. The next bottle must rest for at least 3-5 years in the cellar.

  Reserva of pago de los capellanes. 100% tempranillo, aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels. Great aroma, should be kept for few years I belive in the cellar, but great potential
