  PnP, but a bit better after 15 - 20 minutes of air. A clear light yellow in the glass. Light notes of minerality and lemon on the nose. The medium to plus bodied palate showed the lemon and the minerality along with some green apple, and a touch of grapefruit. The acidity was vibrant, and there was a touch of grapefruit pith on the finish. Should hold for a couple of years.

  Pineapple, honeyed white flowers on nose, with a lovely herby undertow. Great balance on palate, melding a hint of sensuous richness of tropical fruit with a lemon rind precision and freshness. Finishes long with acacia honey lingering on palate. This is all about balance with all components coming together to complement the whole. Superb
