  Loving this fresh, spicy nose, all these tangy red fruits with complex spices and herbs. Zesty as hell on the palate with grip to age but also accessible and fruit with delightful red currant and tart apple peel fruit. The, spicy, smoky, earthy, floral tones get quite expressive, especially on day 2. Lovely stuff.

  Muddled ruby color. Gorgeous, spicy aromatics of anise, beef broth, pepper, leather, on top of bright cherries, red apple, red currant. Nice grip on the palate, quite young, focused acidity. Delicious fruit (cherries, red currants, red apple peel). A musky, dusty library element, with smoky tobacco, yet this is also clean and pristine. Aging potential is here, I'll try to hold off for at least five years. Really good stuff.
