The nose was robust Asian pear and wild lemon, brambly, medium bodied, pretty darn good acidic character that cut through poblano chicken like a ginsu knife. For the price, this one is pretty dang delicious but the weedy stinky character did catch me off guard a bit. Drink now....this one is made to pop and enjoy. Not sure if this one is really cut out for a CHICKEN dish (venison? Pâté? You bet!). But chicken poblano was probably not the most ideal choice.
