Light straw colored, medium light bodied, dry with a medley of fruit flavors, opens with a a bit of pink grapefruit that gives way to tropical fruits, lychee with hints of papaya and green apple on the finish.

What Would You Drink - Sommelier's Favorites (Pappas Bros.): Melon and apple on the nose, with some peach and floral notes underneath. Lots of melon and peach on the palate, with a nice spicy note behind. There's some floral notes in the middle and it finishes with some minerals.

I remembered this wine being surprisingly dry for a muscat, however this bottle was sweet. Opened to have with shrimp, however set aside in favor of a chardonnay and revisited the la sirena with scones. perfect.

No spritz left to it, which is what I love most about this wine. Mostly flat and boring. I guess you need to drink these right on release.
