  Decanted violently then back in the bottle for two hours.
  Dark ruby color, clear and with no sediment.
  Nose is mint or eucalyptus with some unripe blackberries. Reminds me of Australian Shiraz.
  Palate is again like Shiraz (Australian) with eucalyptus and black currant and some green notes. Quite acidic with medium finish (greenish).
  Will develop I'm sure. Surprisingly good compared to earlier.
