Delicious. It avoids the blanket of oak and dark fruit, instead giving a real good impression of Cab fruit. Cherry, currant, herb and iron, juicy with good acid. I really liked it.

Tasted after 90 minutes of air. Dark ruby color. Savory dark berry fruit. Good tannic crunch. This wine would benefit by some time or a good 3 hour decant. Still very tight. Nice spice. Good potential here. Hold till 2025.

4 Wines Blind (Seattle, Washington (Brother's House)): Day 1: Glasvin Universal. Tasted blind. I thought this was a bit tight on day 1 and was good but not showing full potential. Dark purple. Tart berries, leather, earth, mushrooms and mild oak. My least favorite wine on day 1. 90 points Day 2: A dusty rustic edge to it but the fruit is more present. Cherry, blue fruits, earth, leather, minerals and oak. This wine needs some time. 91-93 points Recommendation: Promising wine that needs time. This is not a pop and pour type wine. Hold until 2025.

So big n's tannic and chewy!!! Needs time. 100% cab? Yeah it needs time. Or maybe an all-day decant! Potential is here for greatness though. Indeed.
