Gone like a flash in the pan- such a great sipper on a hot day. Used the left over last glass for a campari spritzer. I love the wine, but that spritzer (soda instead of sparkler) was great.
Softer than the last two bottles, getting more salted watermelon rind, citrus/grapefruit, and melon. Comes off very provencal. Well made, seriously, I could drink this everyday as a sit in for some higher end Peyressol (cheaper too).

Golden peach color. Nose waxy, aromatic white peach. Palate tart, bright stone fruit, a mineral core. Hint of kefir lime. A fleshy peach note.
The acidity especially bodes well for some short-term aging, and it's a nicely structured old-world-style rosé that's good to pair with food. Very nice. 91 pts
