Russk. One of the better dry ciders I have had to date. Very aromatic with a pleasant fruity floral nose. Not just Apple-like. RS feels like about 3 g per liter. Just the right amount. There is some nice tannic structure, presumably from quince. Very well balanced. Clean, with no funk or earthy tertiary notes. Get more.

PNP into Atiap Titanium 200ml wine vessel (“Leaf” day): medium orange to the eyes.
Savoury notes of golden if not a little bruised apples, and stone fruits like apricots. A little bit bretty that to be adds to the complexity.
More towards the leaner side of the cidre spectrum compared to richer style of Eric Bordelet. Very nicely energetic on palate. Incredibly drinkable with food.
Consistent of this cuvee tasted previously. 93-94 points easy.

This is definitely my favorite cider out there. Bought the whole range from this producer last year and trois pepins definitely was the top cuvee to me. At first this tasted a tad heavy with malic acid; with air and a rise in temperature, this struck a better balance. This was very integrated on the palate with light citrus and white floral notes. Medium-light body, a little acidity to hold it up. More detailed on midpalate than any other cider ive had. Just so easy to drink. Great purity and freshness.
I also drank this bottle last year. Last year the aromatics were more intense; this year a more harmonious palate was achieved.

I love this cider. It paired perfectly with spicy Thai cuisine. Apple, pear and quince. These and Eric Bordelet’s are my favorites ciders thus far.
