Cotton candy, sawdust, strawberry jam, violets, and vanilla on the aromatically captivating nose. The fruity bouquet continues on the silky, fresh, energetic palate wirh more strawberry blended wirh cranberry, cola, orange peel, black tea, an herbal note, and damp earth. Fantastic WV fruit and terroir PN profile. Great with lemon zested onion & bacon jam atop wild AK King Salmon. Drinking well now.

Archery Summit tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of red cherries, red berries, brambly bush with berries, violet perfume. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium+ alcohol (13.5%), medium tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of juicy red cherries, wild berries, deep penetrating strawberries, brambly bush. Long finish. Good quality well-made New World Pinot but seems to lack excitement besides the deep berries. Maybe needs a bit of age?

Had this with salmon and it did not disappoint. Aromas of cherry, raspberry and a touch of cinnamon on the nose. Balanced acidity with plum, spice and a slight caramel note along with a medium finish. Classic Willamette Pinot.

Nose of red berries and a touch of cola. Closed initially. Took 39-45 minutes for the fruit to come out. Raspberry, strawberry, red cherry. Medium bodied with that light cola spice and a good little acidity. Got it for $32, which was a bit pricy, but see it online in the $40+ range, which is absurd.
