A very aromatic blend of 47% Malvasia Bianca, 35% Blanc du Bois and 18% Muscat Blanc. Pale straw in color. Pronounced aromas of honeysuckle, lemon, white peach,, honeydew melon, vanilla. No oak apparent. Dry, w/ med+ to high acidity and med (-) alcohol (11.4%), it is surprisingly crisp and citrus-driven compared to its nose. Light-bodied, with med (+) flavor intensity and length. A great summer sipper, it shows quite differently depending on its serving temperature. Drinking well now or over the next year or two, as it has not aged perceptively since I tried it at the winery two years ago.

Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of quince paste, apricot and talc. Flavors of apricot, lemon zest and light notes of cherry. Medium to bright acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink over the short term.
