  • Tasted after 1 hour of air. Medium/Light garnet color. Tangy strawberry fruit. Good crunch. Light floral. Nice mid palate lift. Excellent QPR.

  • Lovely elegant soft style. Mix of reds and blues with a subtle citrus note and some Pinot funk. Rather aromatic with violets mixed with a flurry of red fruits. Palate is vibrant and fresh, but quite smooth and silky with lush fruit texture. Terrific wine.

  • Consumed over two days, and while it was more evenly harmonious and even velvety on night two, I preferred the extra vibrance the first evening. About an hour of air did the trick, integrating the acidity, and strengthening the deep cherry and strawberry fruit. Tannic structure is present but not obtrusive. Good length on the finish, which heads towards darker cherry fruit. Pretty strong value for just a little over $20.

  • Day 1: Bramble, strawberry, minerals, wafer and wood. Old world in nature and medium finish. Very young and expect improvement on day 2 and 3. 91 points
Day 2: Really encourage everyone on this wine to do day 2 if you want to open now. Better and more complex with raspberries, spices, wood, floral, strawberry and earth. Medium plus finish balanced. Really nice wine. 92 points
Day 3: Even better. Burg like with earth, minerals, red fruits, wood, mild spice and forest floor. Medium plus finish. Don't understand why so many judge wines this young on day 1 but will continue the evolution of the 3 day wine review! 93 points
Recommendation: Drink these 2025 to 2030.

  • Nice ruby color. This was very approachable and downright gluggable. Tannins well on way to integration. Made for early consumption, in my opinion. Drink or hold for a couple years. Adding 1 point for the QPR ($22 pre-release).
