  100% Malbec
  from the single vineyard Nomades in Los Chacayes, Valle de Uco
  at 980 m average altitude.
  Manual harvest. Double selection of bunches and grapes.
  4-day cold maceration. Fermentation in 6,500-liter oak vats
  at 28 °-30 ° C with indigenous yeasts.
  30-35 day post-fermentation maceration. Malolactic in barrels.
  Aged 16 months in French oak barrels (80% new).
  14.5% Abv.
  Proprietor/Winemaker: Susana Balbo
  assisted by son José and daughter Ana.
  
  A(ccuracy)=2: Deep opaque purple. Luscious, toasty varietal.
  B(alance)=3: Exuberant components in harmony.
  C(omplexity)=2: Dark berries, licorice, cedar, roses.
  D(epth)=2: Voluptuous mouthfeel. Full palate and lingering finish.

  Lighter than usual for a Malbec and specially for one as modern as Nosotros typically is. Soft tannins and Vibrant acidity May make it a good food wine. Plenty of fruit, wood is present but not overwhelming. More in the elegant Than the fruit bomb side. May need a few more years to better integrate.
