A little funky on the nose that blows off to reveal cool toned blueberry notes, cherry/Welches Concord grape juice with a nice dolop of acids intertwined on the palate, and a short bitter finish.
Very "fresh" tasting, but there's something peculiar about it that makes me NOT want another glass.
Interesting, but no current plans to try another one....

Dark purple color with minimal rim clearing - appears unfiltered Medium plus aromas of ripe red/ black fruit with pretty intense white pepper secondaries along with some meat/ game umami notes and a slight funky note which is pretty appealing Medium bodied with fruit driven palate of red/black fruit with some meaty notes and a dry earth mineral tone Medium plus acidity and medium tannins with medium high alcohol which is driving this wine - moderate finish This wine improved with a day in the bottle Would prob wait 2-3 yrs but no crime opening now

I totally get what garagiste was going for here. I love the animal / musk but it’s not at all overwhelming. This was good one day one and great one day two - I would have given it a 92.5 to represent the split!

Dark purple color with minimal rim variation Medium plus aromas of red and black fruit - dried herbs and touch of Brett Medium plus bodied with palate of red and black fruit with cinnamon/ clove in the background Medium plus acidity with medium tannins and medium plus alcohol and average length Well ripened fruit here but well balanced by the acidity Great food wine IMO - drink now or next 3-4 yrs
