  Excellent! My final bottle – this has aged beautifully over the past three years. Beautiful golden color. Floral/honeyed nose. Thick palate of tropical melon, honey, and butterscotch. Medium-long finish. Nice accompaniment to a grilled salmon dinner. Drink any remaining bottles now!

  Excellent! Picked up a couple of bottles at the cellar during the 2007 El Dorado Passport Weekend. It was my favorite white of that weekend, and it’s still drinking beautifully today. Rich golden color. Creamy honey flavors upfront. Flowers, honey, and tropical fruits. Viscous and mouthcoating. Medium-long floral butterscotch finish with a touch of spice. Has mellowed out a bit since two years ago, losing some if its early acidity. Drink now!
